• What role(s) did you take on for this assignment? I wasn't officially the leader, however I did sort of take on he role for one. I put together the individual PowerPoint and had an equal contribution to the worksheet. I also completed my allocated section.
• What did you like about working as a group? I liked the fact that the task was divided equally instead of one person doing all the work. I also liked that fact that we all met the set deadlines as a group.
• What was difficult about working as a group? The fact that on almost ALL of our allocated class lessons someone just had to be away. Also that it was a bit hard to decide what would go on the worksheet and what wouldn't. And who would answer which question.
• What did you learn about working as a group? Organisation of time is extremely important and that everything should be divided equally amongst all the group members. Otherwise one person is left to do all the work and as a result stresses too much without even getting all the credit which they deserve.
• How well did you work together/ cooperatively? My group worked really well together. There were not many arguments on anything and we all completed our parts before the deadline. The only worry that was our entire group was only once present in our class lesson.
• Did everyone contribute equally and enthusiastically? Yes everyone definitely worked both equally and enthusiastically as our individual questions were divided equally and the work was done earlier that deadline which shows the enthusiasm.
• How well as an individual did you work as part of the group? I personally think that I worked extremely well as an individual in the group. This is because i completed my part and even put together the PowerPoint presentation. I also did half of the worksheet's answers.
• Identify your strengths and weaknesses as a group member. Strengths: i worked effectively and completed my part on time. I made sure that everything was divided equally and that everybody was happy with all our group decisions. Weaknesses: I may have been a bit bossy at times. The group members may have thought i was a bit pushy for re-enforcing the deadline for the task.
• Outline suggestions to improve your approach to group. I could make sure that everyone is TRULY happy with the decisions and help others more out so that i won't need to keep mentioning the deadline and stressing about it. I could also try being a bit less bossy.
